Senior Project Manager

Erin Lacey

Erin joined Caspian in 2010, bringing nearly a decade of domestic and international experience to our team. Based in the Bay Area, she has worked with numerous tech companies and organizations that specialize in social impact.  She has a strong understanding of the needs of nonprofits, academic institutions, high profile individuals and heads of state.  Career highlights include roles at the Academy Awards and the Skoll World Forum. Erin has managed Caspian events for Omidyar Network, Not For Sale and The Palo Alto International Film Festival, among others.  She has a degree in Communications from Boston University.

Alison Parry

Alison is an established Business and Events executive with fourteen years experience. Her specialized skills include marketing, onsite management, contract negotiation, event logistics and production.  She is highly disciplined, as successful at creating small, intimate affairs as she is with large scale gatherings of 8,000+ guests. Alison hails from Sydney and managed several of Australia's largest health exhibitions for ADX Dental before joining Caspian. She has worked on a number of Caspian projects, such as Code for America, Omidyar, Future of Cities: Leading in LA, Keurig Green Mountain Coffee, Dalio Foundation and the Skoll Foundation.

Kara Borelli

Kara has coordinated and executed large and small scale programs, both nationally and internationally. Prior to joining Caspian she spent several years focusing on career conferences and event development for high school and collegiate students. Kara excels in strategic thinking and mission focused work, consistently emphasizing collective success and relationship focused customer service. Kara joined the Caspian team to support the Code for America San Francisco event and is also the Young Leaders Initiative Manager at the Skoll World Forum.


Catherine Glenn

Catherine has 12+ years of experience in marketing and events. She has successfully managed multiple high-scale conferences with companies such as Reuters and Code for America. She has been on both ends of conference production, from accommodating world-renowned expert speakers to participating on speaking circuits for nonprofit and health agencies throughout the nation. This lends her an especially comprehensive view of all angles of event management and the ability to truly see through the eyes of a client.


Kate Howmann

Kate has a strong background in team leadership and operations, including audio/visual systems. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a BA in psychology, Kate uses her knowledge of human behavior to foresee attendee needs and reactions. At Caspian, Kate has worked with The Skoll Foundation, Keurig Green Mountain, Code for America, Dalio Foundation and Endeavor. She also helped develop and grow the Ambassador Program for SUREFIRE Girls Conference, continuously seeking and introducing new opportunities around LA and helping expand their reach to girls in middle school, high school, and college.

Megan Mondavi

Megan began her path at ABC’s Emmy nominated show, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.  There she teamed with editors, producers and writers to create a full show each week in the fast-paced world of TV.  She then followed her passion for production to Young and Rubicam, creating commercials for clients such as Range Rover, Toshiba, Jenny Craig and Southwest.  Prior to joining Caspian she worked at the award-winning ideas and innovation company, AKQA. With Caspian she has produced dynamic and thought-provoking events around the country.  She has been integral with projects for the Dalio Foundation, Code for America, Endeavor, New Media Ventures and Future of Cities Los Angeles.  


Louise Wo

Louise brings almost 10 years of experience to managing large-scale events and marketing projects. She formerly worked as the events manager for the Colorado Ballet and has executed events for the U.S. Department of State, Watermark (the top Bay Area women’s executive leadership group) and multiple New York Times best-selling authors. At Caspian, she supports some of our biggest clients with high-profile events and has gained a reputation for her thorough execution, sunny disposition and passion for creating extraordinary experiences. . She is also a systems enthusiast, keeping us up to speed on the latest tech and cloud-based tools for the team.

Chenoa Sloss

Chenoa is an established events and registration manager with eleven years experience working on events of all sizes, both domestically and internationally.  She has worked in all aspects of the event industry for film & television, financial institutions, destination management and non-profit organizations. Her strengths include registration and housing, sponsor and speaker management, exhibitor and exhibition hall coordination and VIP handling.  During her time with Caspian Agency she’s worked with Code for America and is currently working on the Skoll World Forum as the Registration Manager.


Shelley Taniguchi

Shelley Taniguchi is a dynamic professional with over 15 years experience helping sport, innovation, and wellness brands engage with their core audiences.  Her forte is experiential marketing, strategy, event production, and partnership/sponsor development. She has served in a variety of leadership positions at Nike, Paramount Pictures, Momentum, LMU, and On Board Experiential, and has worked with premium brands such as Vevo, Kashi, The Collegiate Sports Award sponsored by Honda, VW, the 2015 Special Olympics World Games, and most recently at Caspian with the Dalio Foundation.  

Craig Whyte

Craig has worked with Caspian for six years, during which time he consulted on best practices for registration management, programming and VIP handling. Through his involvement with the Skoll World Forum, he has worked with VIPs and dignitaries ranging from Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Malala Yousafzai, President Jimmy Carter, Sir Richard Branson, Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Jude Law, Vice President Al Gore, and many more. Craig also has an extensive background in education, including recruitment and enrollment, which gives him a unique perspective on marketing and motivation.
